Dr. Marshall W. Morley
Dr. Marshall Morley graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1976 and started his practice in Indian River that same year. In 2002, he moved his practice to its new location one mile north of Indian River on Old 27. The new seven-operatory clinic is "state of the art" in almost every regard--from intra-oral photography, to digital X-rays, to computer controlled numbing systems. "I've always enjoyed practicing dentistry, but with the new clinic and my awesome staff, and now with my daughter Casey joining us, it's more enjoyable than ever." He is a member of the Michigan Dental Association, the American Dental Association and is a certified Invisalign provider.
Dr. Morley was born and raised in Saginaw. He spent summers in northern Michigan at his family's summer home in Bay View. He loves golfing, fishing and skiing. "I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to practice dentistry here and to raise my family in this beautiful part of the state."
Dr. Kathryn C. Morley
Dr. Kathryn "Casey" Morley graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in the spring of 2007 and joined her father's practice that summer. She received her undergraduate degree in anthropology from the University of Vermont in 2002. Dr. Casey came to her interest in dentistry from a number of directions. Besides her father, her grandfather and his brother were both general dentists, and her cousin, Theron, is an endodontist in Seattle. "To say I heard some talk about teeth while growing up is an understatement." Besides the genetic component, she also worked in her father's office and accompanied him on a volunteer dentistry trip to the jungles of Guatemala before deciding to go into dentistry. "That trip alone was enough to convince me of the benefits of oral health." She is a member of the Michigan Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Vacationland Dental Society.
Casey enjoys spending time outside during all of northern Michigan's four beautiful seasons with her husband, Joe, their dachshund, Sylvie, German shorthair, Sage, and English Setter, Quila. She loves hiking, boating, skiing, and finding new places to fly fish. "I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to practice with my father in this fabulous clinic and to live in this beautiful part of the country."
